Water residue left on products after immersion easily causes rust and oxidation, impairing appearance quality. Manual inspection relies on operators’ subjective experience without unified data records, making quality untraceable. It hardly satisfies factory audit requirements of major clients and export quality standards. In addition, leak inspection needs plenty of labor; repetitive work leads to fatigue, resulting in persistently high long-term labor costs.
二、Solution
To meet sealing quality control demands for sanitary faucets, we adopt dry differential pressure air tightness testing, which requires no water immersion and enables non-destructive inspection. The equipment fits single-handle, double-handle, thermostatic and other faucets with quick-change tooling. It automatically completes air charging, pressure stabilization, leakage measurement, result judgment and good/defective product alert with full intelligent operation. Equipped with high-precision sensor modules and self-developed pressure stabilization algorithms, the unit accurately identifies tiny leaks to support 100% inline production inspection.
