The sanitary ware industry is shifting from mass standardized production to multi-variety, small-batch and highly customized manufacturing. Leading enterprises such as ARROW and HEGII have taken the lead in deploying intelligent production lines and built a collaborative mechanism of “Four Ends & One Network”. It connects full-process data and greatly boosts production capacity and delivery efficiency.
The core orientation of sanitary production line planning has moved toward lean layout, embedded quality control, flexible automation and closed-loop digital management. Key technologies including AGV material handling, industrial robots and MES systems are integrated. Meanwhile, air tightness testing and water efficiency testing are embedded into the whole production chain to cover incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection.
