4、Detailed Introduction of Test Fixture：

(1) Manually mount the product test fixture onto the machine, and connect the air pipe at the fixture inlet to the test port.

(2) Connect each control cylinder of the fixture to the corresponding connector, and select the appropriate test recipe via the touch screen.

(3) Press the start button to activate the machine. The machine sequentially performs air tightness test, water test and flushing volume test for the valve. A green light indicates qualified products, and a red light indicates failed products.

(The air tightness test duration, inflation stabilization time, air supply pressure, water inlet pressure, water filling time and air blowing time can all be adjusted via touch screen or manual operation.)
