4、Detailed Introduction of Testing Fixture

(1) Manually mount the testing fixture on the equipment, and connect the air pipes at the inlets of Chamber A and Chamber B of the fixture to the test ports.

(2) Connect the fixture control cylinders to the corresponding connectors respectively, and select the appropriate recipe via the touch screen.

(3) Press the start button, and the equipment begins operation. It performs air tightness test, water test, safety test, extreme temperature test and temperature adjustment test on the faucet. The green light turns on for qualified products, and the red light turns on for unqualified ones.

(Product air tightness test time, air source pressure, water inlet pressure, water inlet time and air blowing time can be adjusted via touch screen or manually.)
